Objectives of the Centre for Communication and Cultural Action are as follows: 1. To promote the development of group communication and low-cost folk media which the people themselves use and control and which enable them to create their own style of communication which is liberating. 2. To promote units of performing arts and Folk Theatre in different parts of the country. 3. To arrange workshops and training courses for grass root people.
