Throughout the mall, there are many escalators but only a few elevators. As a result, it may be difficult for an individual who has a hard time going on stairs/escalators to move throughout the mall. However, the floors of the malls itself are flat, so no ramps or changes in elevations once inside (they aren’t needed!) Finally, the majority of the outside doors are automatic, which means that an individual who may have trouble with doors does not need to open it themselves. I give the Coquitlam Centre a 4 as I wish there would be more elevators for those who need it.
