Voice of SAP has been enabling Paraathletes and sports champions since 2019 by providing them with Assistive devices, streamline them and helping them reach their goals.
In Past, VOSAP enabled Kavi Chavda, National champion with 3 Gold medals in Javelin throw, discus throw and shot put. She received high end wheelchair, imported from UK and donated by Voice of SAP to unlock her potential with enhanced mobility of state of the art wheel chair. Ms Kavi went to China, taking VOSAP wheelchair to participate in international Paralympic games and expected to represent India in Tokyo 2020! Sohil (Polio survivor since age of 1.5), hails from Bhavnagar and has been playing cricket for India has achieved far more mobility to play cricket. he is a bowler but also a good batsman! He was part of India team in tri-country match in Calcutta. He received high end wheelchair from VOSAP.
The Para Sports Association of Gujarat, under the Aegis of Paralympic Committee of India, Organized the 44th Gujarat State Para Athletics Meet 2021-22 on February 19,2022 at Nadiad. Voice of SAP joined the event as a Sponsor.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Swarnim Gujarat Sports University, Gandhinagar and OSD, Sports Authority of Gujarat Prof. Dr.Arjunsinh Rana, Shri SatyaNarayana (Chairman, Para Athletics Paralympic Committee of India) and Shri Devendra Jhajharia(Padma Bhushan and Padma Shree Awardee,Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Awardee) joined the event as the Chief Guest.
More than 400 Para Athletes participated under different categories at the event. 90 Para Athletes joined VOSAP, took pledge to volunteer as accessibility champions using VOSAP app to crowdsource data and speak up for their rights.
