Voice of SAP has been changing lives of SAPs by enabling them with Assistive devices to empower them. So Far VOSAP has changed the lives of 15,000+ Specially Abled People.
On February 7 2023, VOSAP enabled 85 SAPs with Assistive Devices. Hon Collector Shri G. T. Pandya, Deputy DDO Ilaben Gohil, SDO Shrimati Vaishaliben Joshi and District Child Protection Officer Dr. Vipul Serasiya.
The event also had representatives from our Strategic Donor MSI Surfaces, Shri Vipul Kundariya and Shri Chandra Kundariya. VOSAP Founder Shri Pranav Desai and Team, Volunteers from India and USA joined the event Virtually. VOSAP Advisor Rohit Shah, Team Member Kalpesh Shah and Niyati Shah also joined the event.
VOSAP Founder addressed the event virtually and motivated beneficiaries to make the right use of devices and become functional, live with dignity.He also suggested having a MoU with Morbi District Collector Shri G.T Pandya to work together to empower SAPs, enable them with devices, employment of SAPs, strategize together for accessibility, inclusion and UDID cards for Beneficiaries in the district.
Hon. Collector Sir Shri G.T Pandya addressed beneficiaries, guests and also supported the idea proposed by Shri Pranav Desai and directed his team to work on MoU with VOSAP to empower Specially Abled People together.
Deputy DDO Shri Ilaben Gohil who herself is Specially Abled, motivated the beneficiaries to do the best in their lives with opportunities they get and advised them to push hard for living a better life. She herself who has been in service for the past 25 years for people is a great example for all the beneficiaries to do the best they can.
SDO Shri Vaishaliben Joshi also addressed beneficiaries, informed them about various schemes and informed them to apply for UDID to avail benefits that are designed by the government to support SAPs.
We are looking forward to having MOU, engage, strategize and work together with District Collector Shri G.T Pandya and his team to make district of Morbi inclusive, accessible and empowered place for SAPs.
VOSAP’s Partner Blind People’s Association’s Executive Director Shri Bhushan Punaniji also joined the event Virtually with BPA Team and Ashirvaad Viklang Trust team joined the event in person. Executive Director Dr. Bhushan Punani congratulated VOSAP for their work and also inspired beneficiaries.
MSI Representative and Chairman of Antiqua Ceramics Morbi, Shri Vipul Kundariya was motivated and inspired by this event. He expressed his commitment to employ SAPs at his workplace.
It was a heartfelt moment of satisfaction to see the smiles on the faces of the beneficiaries and to see their motivation to do something in life.
