VOSAP, in Special Consultative Status with United Nations Economic and Social Council has ongoing opportunities to participate and for a valuable paper, if UN committee selects, VOSAP gets to speak in such conferences where representatives of 190 member countries participate.
During 58th annual conference of Social Development (CSocD58) in NY during 2nd week of February 2020, topic for discussion was “Affordable Housing“. VOSAP youth team Shivam and Manushri carried out research as how it applies to Persons with Disabilities and what challenges they face and how VOSAP app can help them. Here is the exact statement being delivered on Feb 10 2020. Only 10 NGOs from around the globe were chosen to speak in this conference and VOSAP paper was unique so got the opportunity to present to international leaders, policy makers of 190 countries.
