KEY RESULT AREA:

  • Effectively troubleshoot problems with technical knowledge
  • Effectively understand the root cause of the problem, analyse and provide solution.
  • Track issues within agreed time limits
  • Talk to clients through various channels to understand and resolve the problem effectively.
  • Refer to internal and external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure that standard of operation is maintained while troubleshooting
  • Following up with clients after troubleshooting to ensure that the system is working properly.
  • Maintain good relations with the clients
  • Maintain a track for any issues escalated.

SKILL SET:

  • B.tech graduate with sound technical knowledge
  • Good knowledge of networking (previous experience in technical fields are preferred)
  • Good understanding of computer system/OS and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide solution in an ordered manner
  • Customer oriented and good organisational skills
