KEY RESULT AREA:
- Effectively troubleshoot problems with technical knowledge
- Effectively understand the root cause of the problem, analyse and provide solution.
- Track issues within agreed time limits
- Talk to clients through various channels to understand and resolve the problem effectively.
- Refer to internal and external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure that standard of operation is maintained while troubleshooting
- Following up with clients after troubleshooting to ensure that the system is working properly.
- Maintain good relations with the clients
- Maintain a track for any issues escalated.
SKILL SET:
- B.tech graduate with sound technical knowledge
- Good knowledge of networking (previous experience in technical fields are preferred)
- Good understanding of computer system/OS and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide solution in an ordered manner
- Customer oriented and good organisational skills
