KEY RESULT AREA:
- Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems faced by the client.
- Regularly update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
- Install and configure computer, systems and applications
- Respond, analyse and troubleshoot customer’s problems
- Maintaining a complete data of request of technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them and date and time of the request.
- Following standard procedures for providing proper solution to the unresolved problems.
- Following up with the clients to check that the systems are working properly after troubleshooting.
- Referring to internal and external resources for providing accurate tech solutions to the clients.
- Communicating clients through various channels.
SKILL SET:
- B.Tech or any technical graduate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Customer handling and good organisational skills
- Knowledge about networking and IT (having previous experience in technical positions are preferred)
