KEY RESULT AREA:

  • Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems faced by the client.
  • Regularly update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
  • Install and configure computer, systems and applications
  • Respond, analyse and troubleshoot customer’s problems
  • Maintaining a complete data of request of technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them and date and time of the request.
  • Following standard procedures for providing proper solution to the unresolved problems.
  • Following up with the clients to check that the systems are working properly after troubleshooting.
  • Referring to internal and external resources for providing accurate tech solutions to the clients.
  • Communicating clients through various channels.

 

SKILL SET:

  • B.Tech or any technical graduate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Customer handling and good organisational skills
  • Knowledge about networking and IT (having previous experience in technical positions are preferred)
