KEY RESULT AREA:
- Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems faced by the client.
- Regularly update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
- Install and configure computer, systems and applications
- Respond, analyse and troubleshoot customer’s problems
- Maintaining a complete data of request of technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them and date and time of the request.
- Act as the initial point of contact for any type of technical issues faced in any hardware or software
- Sharing action plan/ service improvement plan with customers
- Providing regular status to customer
- Daily Review of Escalated incidents with Management
- Daily review for Issues faced and their probable solutions
- Organise and maintain files related to the computer hardware and parts.
SKILL SET:
- B.Tech graduate
- Good communication skills
- Customer oriented, good analytical and presentation skills
- CCNA and CCNP
- Good knowledge of Networking/MPLS
- Ability to prioritise and complete work within the deadline
- Good technical knowledge
- Troubleshooting
- Experience in installing and configuring computer systems and applications
