Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as VOSAP Calling Agents. This role involves conducting interviews with beneficiaries of VOSAP’s programs to collect feedback, assess the impact of initiatives, and gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts. Your insights will be critical in ensuring the right beneficiaries receive the assistive device and in measuring the effectiveness of VOSAP’s programs.

  • Eligibility Evaluation:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential beneficiaries to gather information regarding their needs, challenges, and current accessibility to assistive devices.
    • Assess eligibility for assistive devices based on a structured set of criteria.
    • Maintain detailed and organized records of each call and eligibility evaluation in the system.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate potential cases for further review if additional support or clarification is needed.
  • Impact Evaluation:
    • Conduct follow-up calls to beneficiaries who have received devices from VOSAP to understand how the devices have impacted their daily lives.
    • Collect feedback on device usability, effectiveness, and the overall change it has brought to the beneficiaries’ independence, mobility, or other life aspects.
    • Identify any additional needs or challenges beneficiaries may face after receiving the device, and escalate these concerns to the relevant teams for further support.
    • Document testimonials and success stories to highlight the positive outcomes of VOSAP’s initiatives.
  • General Responsibilities:
    • Build rapport and trust with beneficiaries, ensuring a respectful and empathetic approach to sensitive conversations.
    • Provide clear and accurate information to beneficiaries about VOSAP’s programs and services.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle beneficiary data with care.
    • Ensure that data collected is accurate, complete, and reported in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the evaluation team to improve data collection methods and share findings that could enhance VOSAP’s programs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Graduation or equivalent 
  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or non-profit outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Empathy and passion for supporting persons with disabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls daily and maintain detailed call records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems.
