TSRD aims at organising comprehensive development programmes encompassing economic, social and ideological aspects of human life and involving people at the grassroots in planning, decision making and implementation of the programme. The main objectives behind the activities executed by the organisation include increasing the economic viability of the poor and sub-marginal families through improved agriculture and exploration of alternative income sources; improving health status; providing educational facilities; empowering women and preparing community for disaster management.
