SAPs find it difficult to buy single journey tickets at railway stations due to long queues. Railway authorities should consider allowing SAPs to buy single journey tickets for local trains by joining the Q for first class passengers. All that Railways have to do to implement this suggestion is to paint ” SAP” below “1st Class” painted in red at ticket windows. I request all to support this issue.
