Washington DC Metro Chapter had a meeting to build stronger volunteer base. The meeting was attended by 50+ people . We had active participation and we were able to decide on goals for next 12 months. Below was the agenda for the meeting:
7:00 – 7:15 PM Meet and Greet
7:15 – 8:00 PM Dinner
8:00 – 8:30 PM Video Call and Q/A with VoSAP founder Shri Pranavbhai Desai
8:30 – 9:30 PM Training presentations, videos and Chapter’s Future Plans
9:00 – 10:00 PM DC-Metro Chapter Volunteer Task options & allocations
Outcome – 5 committees (Youth outreach, Event management – GIA booth is next, technology team, fund raising team and 5K walk team) formed to carry out chapter level tasks with ownership of each volunteer.
